The Carrier Access Billing System accumulates and summarizes toll and access detail messages and minutes of use to generate access bills to other Local Exchange Carriers or to Interexchange Carriers.

Access Totals Accumulation Reports

FGB Total Usage Report – This report summarizes Feature Group B messages and minutes by carrier by jurisdiction for originating and terminating usage. Totals are accumulated by exchange and company.

Access Totals Report – Feature Group D accumulation of access and billable messages, minutes and revenues (if applicable) by call type within lata and state jurisdictions. The report is printed by exchange within carrier. Carrier and company totals are printed. Year-to-date reports are available upon request.

CABS CD

The CABS CD System is designed to provide convenient search and retrieval of Access Customer billing information from a CD-ROM storage device. Once any carrier access bill is located, a statement can be easily viewed on screen or printed. The statement is an exact copy of the bill mailed to the carrier.
